Now, you can chat with us directly on the Tummoc app. That’s right. You don’t need to mail us or call us anymore. Although you still have the option to, you can simply chat with us on our all-new chatbot to get quick and simple solutions.
All you have to do is open the Tummoc app, tap on the menu, tap on “BMTC Pass Support”, and then hit “Chat Now”. Then just ask us whatever questions you have.
You can also find the option if you tap on “Passes” on the home screen, go to “Active Passes”, and select “Support”.
