How can I validate my DTC pass on Tummoc?
You can open the QR code scanner on the ticket and use it to scan the QR pasted on the bus.
How do I ensure that a pass/ ticket is valid?
The QR code on your ticket/pass page will keep changing to ensure the ticket/pass is authentic. When you scan the QR code pasted in the bus, the app will show a screen that displays whether the ticket/pass is valid and will be marked as validated with a green tick on the screen. The app will also show the details for the last validated time, bus number and route number.
What happens if I am unable to scan the QR code?
Then you can reach out to the bus conductor and they will check all the relevant details on your pass.
What happens if my pass is expired?
It is always advisable to check the pass’s expiry date before you board the bus. If your pass expires, then you will have to buy a new physical ticket on the bus.

Issues Faced While Booking DTC Tickets Online on Tummoc
I booked a DTC ticket online on Tummoc but didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Each ticket booked through the app comes with an order ID and payment details. It takes up to five minutes for our backend to generate a ticket. The transaction can either be successful or fail, but in both cases, an order ID is generated. If your ticket is not generated within five minutes, the amount will be automatically refunded by the bank within 5-7 working days.
How do I present my DTC ticket to the conductor or line checker?
You can show the digital ticket or the QR code to the conductor or line checker as proof of your ticket.
Can I pre-book DTC tickets?
No, you cannot pre-book DTC tickets and passes. You must board the bus to book a ticket.
How many DTC tickets can I book at a time?
You can book a maximum of three tickets at a time.
How can I validate my ticket inside the bus?
You can show the digital ticket or the QR code to the conductor to validate your ticket.
What do I do if my DTC ticket has expired?
If your ticket has expired, please purchase a new ticket.
Can I renew my DTC ticket?
No, there is no option to renew bus tickets. You need to purchase a new ticket.
What happens if my DTC ticket has expired?
By default, tickets are valid only for the same calendar day as the date of purchase. If your ticket has expired, you will need to purchase a new ticket through the app.
My ticket/pass transaction failed. What should I do?
If you are unable to obtain a DTC ticket on Tummoc within 2-3 minutes of creating the booking, the funds will be automatically refunded by the end of the calendar day. What do I do if I booked my ticket twice by mistake?
Please wait for up to two minutes after booking a ticket before attempting to book it again. There will be no refund for booking the same ticket twice.
What should I do if the conductor refuses to accept the DTC Ticket that I have purchased on the Tummoc app?

What do I do if there is no ETM on my bus?
The Delhi Transport Department has mandated the use of ETM in DIMTS (Orange and Blue coloured) buses and is gradually introducing this facility in all buses of Delhi. In case you find any issue of ETM missing, or not being used in DIMTS buses currently, please raise an issue.

What do I do if the bus driver is riding in a rash manner?
The Delhi Transport Department has mandated its drivers to drive smoothly and at a limited speed, to ensure the comfort and safety of all bus travellers. In case you find a driver is riding in a rash manner, please raise a complaint mentioning the exact reason.
The bus driver is not stopping the bus at a stop. What do I do?
Buses are supposed to stop at all the stops on the specified route for the convenience of and easy boarding & deboarding of travellers. If a bus isn’t following this, please raise a complaint mentioning the bus number or route.
The bus is moving very slow or very fast. What do I do?
All buses follow a schedule and ply from the starting point to the destination as per a schedule. Traffic jams on the way are unpredictable and unavoidable and sometimes cause delays in the schedule. At that time, buses are bound to move slower. On the other hand, on empty roads, buses may move a little faster but they are not allowed to cross the specified speed limit.
Why did my bus arrive/depart late?
All buses ply as per schedule. All buses follow a schedule and ply accordingly. In cases of traffic jams, and bad weather conditions, on a few occasions, this schedule may get disrupted. If you still find that the bus arrived earlier than scheduled or departed late, the same can be raised.
What do I do if the bus took the wrong route?
The routes of all buses are generally fixed. However, in rare situations such as high traffic jams, waterlogging during monsoon, or similar circumstances, buses may be diverted to alternative routes for the convenience and safety of passengers. If you notice buses not following the published routes under normal conditions, please raise a complaint specifying the exact part of the route that was diverted.
I am a woman/I am a senior citizen. The driver did not allow me to board from the front gate. What should I do?
In order to accommodate the convenience of ladies and senior citizens, Delhi Transport mandates that all buses allow them to board from the front gate. Drivers are instructed to stop the bus and ensure easy boarding. If you encounter a situation where they are denied boarding through the front gate, please report the issue.

Any complaint can be registered in the complaint book, which should be available with the conductor at all times. If the conductor fails to provide the complaint book, we recommend using this portal to lodge your complaint directly for a faster response.

The Delhi Transport Department has mandated that conductors must issue tickets to all passengers. What should I do if a marshal is busy using their phone?
Marshals are assigned to ensure the safety and convenience of passengers. They are strictly instructed to monitor things during the trip. However, they are permitted to use their phones in case of emergencies. If you observe a marshal continuously using their phone without valid reasons, please report the issue.

What should I do if the destination board is not displayed?
The destination board in all buses is used to display the next stop, making it easier for passengers. It should be operational at all times. If you notice that the destination board is not displayed, please inform us.
What should I do if the bus is not clean?
All buses are cleaned on a daily basis to maintain good public hygiene. If you come across a bus that is not clean, please report it. Your feedback is important.
What should I do if the AC is not working in an AC bus?
AC buses are mandated to operate the AC system according to the prevailing weather conditions. The AC should be properly functioning at all times for the convenience of travellers. If you encounter an AC bus where the AC is not working, please raise a complaint.

What should I do if a Bus Queue Shelter (BQS) or Bus Stop is in a damaged condition?
All Bus Queue Shelters (BQS) or bus stops are expected to be in proper condition at all times, including the seating, roof, floor, and advertisement panel. If you come across a damaged BQS, please report it so that necessary action can be taken.
